An anniversary worth hanging up.
Take the photograph that has been in a frame on the shelf for twenty-five years and have it painted properly, at the size it deserves.
£176£220— smallest canvas with code WELCOME20. Up to £549 for the largest, plus £59 per extra subject.

Anniversary commissions almost always start with a bad photograph, and that is fine — it is usually the only copy, it has been in direct sunlight since 1987, and the colour has gone orange. A painter is not a scanner. Faded colour gets rebuilt, a crease across a face gets painted out, and a small print becomes a canvas big enough to see from the doorway.
Give us six weeks. Anniversary work is the one commission people leave too late, and a rushed painting is a worse present than a late one. If the date is tight, tell us at the start and we will say honestly whether it can be done — and if it can't, we'll send you something to wrap in the meantime.
Working from an old print
- Photograph the print flat in daylight, no flash — a phone photo of a photo beats a bad scan.
- Send the damage as it is. Don't crop out the creases; the painter would rather see the whole print.
- Tell us the year and the occasion. It settles questions about clothing and colour the photo can't answer.
