Four steps, and one of them is yours
Step 1: Send the photo
Phone snaps are fine. We look at it the same day and tell you straight away if it won't work — before you've paid anything.
Step 2: Agree the plan
Size, finish, who's in it, whether we're merging two photos. You'll see a preview of the composition before a brush is picked up.
Step 3: We paint it
By hand, in oil, by a classically trained copyist. When it's finished, we photograph it and send you the picture.
Step 4: You approve it
Nothing ships until you've seen a photograph of the finished painting and said yes. If it isn't right, we keep painting.
